AromaTouch is a massage technique developed by dōTERRA that combines the benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve circulation as well as supporting overall well-being. The AromaTouch Technique involves applying eight specific dōTERRA essential oils to the back and feet using a light to medium touch, stimulating blood flow and neurological activity along known body meridians.
