Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a safe, effective way to create change by working directly with the subconscious mind—where habits, beliefs, and automatic behaviours are stored. I use modern, client-centred, tailored, hypnotherapy to support challenges such as:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Fears and Phobias

  • Low confidence and self-worth

  • Habits and compulsive behaviours (e.g. smoking, overeating, procrastination)

  • Motivation and goal achievement

  • Sleep issues and performance blocks

Most clients experience noticeable results in as little as one session. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state where change becomes easier—and you stay fully in control throughout.

These sessions are just as effective face to face or online, so geographic location isn't an issue.

NLP Coaching (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
