What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. As a Master Teacher, I use it to help move your body out of a state of high-alert 'fight or flight' and into the 'rest and digest' state where healing actually happens.
It isn't just about feeling relaxed; it’s about restoring the energetic balance that life, work, and stress tend to strip away.
