As a Level 2 Licensed Facilitator, I guide you through a "dance for the soul." This isn't about steps, rhythm, or how you look. It is a powerful form of nourishment for your true self.
Rooted in Jungian psychology, this moving meditation uses music specifically tuned to the vibrations of the 7 chakras, guided imagery, and spontaneous movement to release the "stuck" energy that words simply cannot reach.
Each session concludes with Mandala Art, allowing you to creatively integrate your experience and anchor your inner journey.
