Usui Reiki

Reiki 1 - Shoden - "The Beginning Teachings"

This is the foundational level where you learn about Reiki history, how to perform self-Reiki, and how to give Reiki to others. You also receive an initial attunement (or "initiation") to the Reiki energy. 

Reiki 2 - Okuden -  "The Inner Teachings"

In this level, you learn to use Reiki symbols, which enhance the healing process, and how to perform distant Reiki techniques. You receive further attunements to the Reiki energy. After this level, you are considered a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki 3 - Master Teacher - Shinpinden "The Mystery Teachings"

This is the Master/Teacher level, where you receive the Master Reiki attunement and learn the Master Reiki symbol, as well as how to give Reiki attunements to others. Some Reiki systems combine Level 3A (advanced practitioner) and Level 3B (Master/Teacher) into a single Master level

Kuruna Reiki

I am also a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.  I can run this course if there is enough interest.

Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing

Learn about crystals, their structure, energy.  How to use a pendulum, the chakras.  Basic chakra crystals and healing technique.

Munay Ki Rites and the South American Medicine Wheel

The Munay-Ki rites are nine transformational shamanic initiations based on the practices of the Q'ero healers of the High Andes, aiming to bring balance, wisdom, love, and service to individuals, and are seen as a way to awaken deep wisdom and strengthen one's energetic field.

 

They also call upon animal archetypes to help you on your healing journey.​While Western medicine focuses on curing symptoms, shamanic healing seeks to discover and heal the original wounding that predisposes an individual to illness. 

 

​The rites seek to bring balance or Anyi (right relationship) and encourage the key Incan attributes of Munay (Love), Yankay (Service) and Yanchay (Wisdom). ​

 

The Munay Ki rites are gifted in beautiful ceremonies, which echo those performed by the indigenous paquos and shamans.  One you have received the 9 rites you become a Homo Luminous (Luminous being) or rainbow body and are able to pass them on to others.​​
